Hi, I’m Maya Aronson.
Do you ever feel like your energy comes in waves — some days you’re on fire, and other days you just want to slow down and hide in a cave? Or maybe you don’t even notice these signals because you’ve been taught that to succeed you have to show up the same everyday. if this is you, I’m here to support you.
Believe me I’ve been there! In fact that’s how I got here (see my story below if you’re interested). Now I support women in reconnecting with the wisdom of their menstrual cycle so they can live, work, and create in a way that actually feels good and doesn’t lead to burn out. Rooted in cycle syncing, menstrual health, and the belief that our bodies are not problems to fix, my work helps you understand your hormones, honour your energy, and build a life that flows with your natural rhythms. This isn’t about doing more — it’s about doing what’s right for you, at the right time, with clarity, compassion, and a deep trust in your body’s intelligence.
My Approach
It all begins with an idea. Maybe you want to launch a business. Maybe you want to turn a hobby into something more. Or maybe you have a creative project to share with the world. Whatever it is, the way you tell your story online can make all the difference.
Community Based
In our modern world, we’re more connected than ever through social media platforms — but also more lonely. That’s why community is a central pillar of my work. While online spaces can be powerful (and I use them too), I believe there is something irreplaceable about being together in the same room, face to face. In a world shaped by screens, we need regular, intimate, in-person connection. Alongside online coaching, I host women’s circles that create space for shared experience, deeper bonding, and the kind of embodied, creative practices that simply can’t be replicated online. This work is rooted in the belief that healing doesn’t happen in isolation — it happens in community.
Embodied
The final — and most important — part of my approach is reconnecting with the body. So much of modern life pulls us into our minds, asking us to think our way through everything while ignoring the quiet (and sometimes not-so-quiet) messages our bodies are constantly sending. My work supports women in tuning into those signals and learning to trust the wisdom they hold — and eventually, to integrate body and mind as allies rather than opposites.
The very first practice I offer any woman I work with is starting a daily cyclical journal. This can be as simple as a few words or a short sentence about how you’re feeling on that day of your cycle. While it may seem almost too simple, this practice was genuinely life-changing for me, and I see it as the foundation of a cyclical, balanced, and embodied life.
Realistic and Doable
If you’re looking for support from someone who has it all figured out and has mastered perfectly balanced, cyclical living, I’m probably not your person. But if you want support from someone who knows what it’s like to struggle — physically, mentally, and emotionally — and who keeps showing up anyway, even after many missteps, you’re in the right place. My approach isn’t about perfection, achievement, or optimization. I support women with realistic, grounded guidance rooted in acceptance, nervous system care, humour, and small, sustainable shifts.
My Story
From a young age, I felt that getting my period was something to be curious about — even excited for. I would sneak peaks at the book my mom got me about puberty and marvel whenever periods were mentioned in movies (although they were usually presented as something annoying, painful or gross). As a teenager, when I wanted to go on birth control, my mom offered me Cycle Savvy: The Smart Teen’s Guide to the Mysteries of Her Body instead. At the time I was annoyed, but that choice ended up changing the course of my life. It introduced me to the idea that my cycle wasn’t something to override or control, but something to listen to. I’ve been cycle syncing in some form ever since.
At 18, I moved across the world to a new country and immediately hit the ground running. I worked full time, studied, and tried to build community in a completely different culture — all while holding myself to a relentless standard of productivity and “success.” After three years of living this way, my body finally said NO. I developed eczema, gut issues, and an irregular cycle. Eventually, I hit rock bottom.
I knew something had to change — not just what I was doing, but how I understood success altogether. I quit my job, paused my studies, and committed fully to my health. What followed was one of the hardest periods of my life: crippling anxiety, insecurity, and a constant fear that I was falling behind. Because I wasn’t producing or progressing in the way people my age seemed to be, I felt like a failure.
For months, my world became very small. I stayed home, cooked simple, bland food, and went on long walks alone along the beach. Slowly — almost imperceptibly at first — my nervous system began to recover. I stopped feeling nauseous at the thought of returning to work. My creativity started to flicker back on. And through it all, the cyclical awareness I had cultivated since my teens became a lifeline, helping me make sense of my energy, my emotions, and my healing process when nothing else felt stable.
Most importantly, I came to see just how unrealistic and unsustainable mainstream life is for women — and honestly, for most people. That realization changed everything. I decided then that I would dedicate my life to supporting women in creating balanced, sustainable lives rooted in the inherent wisdom of their menstrual cycles and the natural rhythms of the earth.
