Menstrual Cycle Series

What to Expect

Discover the power of your unique menstrual cycle and learn how to cultivate balance and harmony in your body, mind, and life through its wisdom.

❋ Individual Cycle Support

Having six three-hour sessions allows us to deeply explore the individual and unique cycles of each woman attending. There will be dedicated space to ask specific questions about your personal cycle experience, as well as opportunities to develop a deeper understanding of your body and its rhythms.

❋ Mutual Learning

While I will serve as a facilitator and share the knowledge I’ve gained through my trainings, I believe that every woman who has a cycle is the true expert of her own unique experience. My intention is to create a space that is mutually beneficial—one where we learn from each other as much as we learn together.

❋ Broad Spectrum Support

We will explore the menstrual cycle from many angles—nutritional, hormonal, emotional, spiritual, and energetic. Because this is an intimate, small-group setting, there is built-in flexibility, and I will shape the content in response to the interests and needs of the group.

❋ A Supportive Space

Over this month-and-a-half journey, we will cultivate a safe, supportive, and compassionate space where each woman is met as she is. Together, we will hold space for the challenges that may arise while supporting one another in reclaiming the power of our menstrual cycles and deepening connection to ourselves and our bodies.
